Locator Box TET Seals

The Locator Box TET Seals are a unique feature of CSA made to comply with the chain of custody standards for TSA post inspection sealing and re-sealing.  These strips are tamper evident self voiding and self adhesive seals that are made to be applied over existing tape sealed cartons. They are applied after inspection on a 45 degree bias to the current tape touching the tape, covering the seam and on the corrugated material.  The seals cannot be removed without a visual indicator and if cut, will not scan.  The seals are custom printed with a unique bar code at the time of inspection by the Regiscope system and applied by hand. The base seals are made indigenous to the CCSF and gateway.  The bar code is recorded and retained by the system so that the box can be identified and visually evaluated by handlers throughout the logistical cycle.
